The IRSST now offers the possibility of making a direct request to an IRSST-funded author for a copy of a scientific article whose distribution is restricted for legal reasons.

The Institute took advantage of the recent updating of its Policy of Open Access to Scientific Literature to add this option in order to promote broader dissemination of OHS research results among the research community and the working world. Such articles may be used solely for purposes of private study, research, or education, provided that the use qualifies as fair dealing within the meaning of the Copyright Act.
