Indicators of compensated occupational injuries: analysis by industry and occupational category, Québec, 2010-2012 Abstract The purpose of this project is to produce statistical indicators for occupational injuries compensated by the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail du Québec (CSST) for 2010-2012. The objective is to identify occupational groups and worker characteristics most affected by occupational injuries, based on indicators of frequency, severity and cost of CSST-compensated occupational injuries. An initial document will provide a general description of compensated occupational injuries based on site, nature, causal agent and type of exposure or accident. An analysis based on gender, age and occupational category will also be done.A second document will contain tables classifying industries and occupational categories based on the different indicators, taking gender and age into account whenever possible.
