Développement et validation d'un outil pour l'évaluation de lésions musculosquelettiques reliées au travail : le « Neck and Upper Limb Index » (NULI) Abstract This document describes the development and validation steps for a new tool for evaluating the health of workers with musculoskeletal injuries of the neck and upper limbs. This tool, entitled “Neck and Upper Limb Index (NULI-20)” or “Indice d'impact de la douleur au cou et aux membres supérieurs sur la vie quotidienne (IDVQ-20)”, takes the form of a questionnaire of 20 items that accurately evaluate the impact of neck and upper limb musculoskeletal injuries on various dimensions of the lives of those affected (work, physical activities, sleep, psychosocial effects, iatrogenic effects). This questionnaire was designed to evaluate the severity of the injuries and help monitor workers’ health over time. It can be used both in research and in rehabilitation clinics. An English and a French version of the questionnaire are appended to the document.
