Development of a complete solution for supporting prevention and intervention on psychosocial risks in the workplace Abstract Companies, unions and joint sector-based associations are increasingly concerned about psychological health in the workplace. The research team’s objectives are to inform, equip, train and support workplaces by developing a complete and diversified support solution for the prevention of psychosocial risks and interventions in this regard. The result of this activity will be a range of easily accessible information and tools that can be referred to by managers, union representatives, employees and resource people in the occupational health and safety field so that they can successfully carry out their procedures to prevent psychosocial risks in the workplace.
