Summary of the Francophone literature on the participatory ergonomic intervention process Abstract This project involves reviewing the francophone literature on the participatory ergonomic intervention process and on its conditions of success or failure. Complementing an analysis carried out in collaboration with the Institute for Work and Health of Ontario, it will provide a complete picture of the characteristics of these interventions. It will promote awareness about the research of francophone ergonomists on an international forum and will also be very useful for the transfer of results for the purpose of writing a collective work on ergonomic intervention that will appear first in French.
