Ergonomic intervention in a boot factory. Phase II: Implementation of recommendations Abstract An earlier study of musculoskeletal problems and modular organization of the work in a boot manufacturing plant yielded recommendations to improve the situation. During this second project, the change implementation process was analyzed. The report describes the phase 2 process and the contribution of each of the three components (ergonomic, epidemiological and sociological) and their integration. It presents the data collected that identified the factors that promote or hinder the implementation of these changes, and that oriented the support offered by the research team in this process. The possibility of adapting this type of intervention to other environments was also assessed.
