The Laboratory Division is proud to offer to its customers new online ordering forms for :

• Media and supplies;
• Instrument rental ;
• Instrument service.

To access these forms, first go to the Laboratory Services page of the IRSST’s website at www.irsst.qc.ca/en/info-labo.html, and click on the link Submit a request (at the right of the screen) where you will be prompted to make your selection among :

• The language preference of the form (e.g. French or English);
• The ordering form to select (e.g. Media and Supplies, Instrument Rental or Instrument Service).

Once you have completed the form, click on « Send ». The form’s reference number will then appear on the screen and the IRSST’s customer services will automatically receive an email containing your order’s details. You will then have the option to print and save your requisition form, in Excel format, for your records.

This new way of ordering will accelerate the treatment of your orders with the result of making our Customer service more efficient.
