The IRSST received an award for its contribution and commitment to the activities of the International Commission on Occupational Health – Commission Internationale de la santé au travail (ICOH-CIST) at the Commission’s 32nd International Congress, held in Dublin from April 29 to May 4, 2018. The award was presented to the Institute’s president and CEO, Marie Larue.
The ICOH Congress is regarded as the largest international event devoted to occupational health and safety research. The IRSST hosted the event’s 23rd edition in 1990 around the theme of “Let’s talk solutions.” Six hundred presentations were made before 2,300 attendees from 75 countries.
At the Dublin Congress, the city of Marrakech, Morocco, was named the host city for ICOH 2024. The IRSST wishes the organizers of the 34th edition the greatest success.
