Launched as part of a new partnership between the IRSST and the Palais des congrès de Montréal, the IRSST/Ambassadors’ Club Joint Award will be given to an applicant who, through his or her active involvement in a scientific committee or as an organizer of a national or international conference, has demonstrated his or her intention to attract a major scientific event in the occupational health and safety field to our city. A maximum amount of $7,500 may be added to the award to refund the costs of two trips related to the organization of the national or international conference identified.

Remember: you have until March 31, 2018 to submit your application. It will be evaluated by a panel composed of two experts from the IRSST and one representative of the Ambassadors’ Club of the Palais des congrès.

The winner of the IRSST/Ambassadors’ Club Joint Award will be announced at the Recognition Gala  of the Palais des congrès de Montréal in November 2018.
