The IDIVOSH 2023 Scientific Committee is pleased to announce that the preliminary program for its first international conference Immigration, Diversity of the Workforce, Precariousness and Vulnerabilities in OSH has been published. The conference, to be held in Montréal on June 13-14, will kick off with three keynote speakers and Quebec Labour Minister Jean Boulet.

The program contains three parallel streams with a total of 31 presentations and 3 symposia:

• Intersecting Gender, Socicultural factors and Disability: Systemic Barriers to Personal Development at work and Well-Being
• Atypical schedules in France and Quebec: Sources of precarity, occupational health and safety risks, and gender and other social inequalities
• Methodological issues in developing a quantitative evidence base to foster occupational health and workplace equity.

The Scientific Committee have tried to bring together presentations from all over the world. The result is a varied, yet coherent program with something for everyone.
