Profile

Martin Lebeau has been a scientific professional in the IRSST’s Scientific Division since December 2008. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Université de Montréal and a master’s degree in finance from HEC Montréal (École des hautes études commerciales). His main mandate at the Institute is to study the economic aspects of occupational health and safety. Assisted by his colleagues, Martin published a study on the costs of occupational injuries in Québec that sheds new light on the consequences of industrial accidents and occupational diseases.
