His research interests are the study of pain representations and the social determinants of work disability. Mr. Côté has participated in the development of a research theme on workers in vulnerable situations, with a specific focus on immigrant workers and workers from ethnocultural minorities. The aim of his research program is to improve understanding of the rehabilitation and return-to-work process in the Québec context of ethnocultural pluralism.
