Profile

After obtaining an engineering degree from the University of Technology of Compiègne (France), Fabien spent a brief period in the UK, where he worked as an acoustic consultant. He then started his doctoral studies in mechanical engineering at the École de technologie supérieure (Montreal), in partnership with the IRSST, which he joined in 2020 as a scientific professional. His research work mainly concerns noise measurement, hearing protection and intra-ear technologies applied to workplace noise.
