Profile

Geneviève Pinard is director of the Research department. With a bachelor’s degree in biology and  a master’s in business administration, she worked for several years in research and development at a biotechnology company. In charge of the internship program and of the development of customized immunoassays and cell-based assays for the company’s clients, Geneviève was also the technical coordinator for a product development team. Before joining the IRSST, she was a quality control coordinator in an SQF- and HACCP-certified agrifood company.
