Intervention ergonomique dans une usine de fabrication de bottes. Phase II : étude de l'implantation des recommandations Résumé L'étude antérieure des problèmes musculo-squelettiques et de l'organisation modulaire du travail dans une usine de fabrication de bottes avait donné lieu à des recommandations en vue d'améliorer la situation. Au cours de ce deuxième projet, le processus d'implantation des changements a été analysé. Le rapport décrit la démarche de la phase 2 et l'apport de chacun des trois volets (ergonomique, épidémiologique et sociologique) et leur intégration. Il présente les données recueillies qui ont permis d'identifier les facteurs favorisant l'implantation de ces changements ou lui faisant obstacle, et d'orienter le soutien offert par l'équipe de recherche dans cette démarche. La possibilité d'adapter ce type d'intervention à d'autres milieux a aussi été évaluée.
